Sync only specific workflows from upstream repository

Description

This PR syncs only the specific GitHub workflows from the upstream alshedivat/al-folio repository as shown in the image.

Changes

• Added only the following workflow files from the upstream repository:
  • axe.yml
  • broken-links-site.yml
  • broken-links.yml
  • codeql.yml
  • deploy-docker-tag.yml
  • deploy-image.yml
  • deploy.yml
  • docker-slim.yml
  • lighthouse-badger.yml
  • prettier-comment-on-pr.yml
  • prettier-html.yml
  • prettier.yml
  • schedule-posts.txt
  • update-tocs.yml

Benefits

• Ensures your repository has exactly the same workflows as the upstream repository
• Maintains compatibility with future updates from the upstream repository
• Simplifies workflow management by using only the standard workflows

The workflows have been copied directly from the upstream repository and should work as expected.
