Finally, a reason to use your XReal glasses! XPlayer2 transforms your AR glasses into a personal 3D cinema. Watch stereoscopic 3D videos the way they were meant to be seen — immersive, comfortable, and without draining your battery.

Why XPlayer2?

Your XReal glasses are an amazing piece of hardware, but finding good 3D content players can be frustrating. XPlayer2 solves this by giving you a lightweight, battery-friendly player that handles 3D video from virtually any source.

Features

  • True 3D Experience — Full support for Side-by-Side (SBS) and Over-Under (OU) stereoscopic formats. The player automatically detects 3D metadata so you can just hit play.

  • AI 2D→3D Conversion — No 3D source? No problem. XPlayer2 uses on-device AI to estimate depth and convert ordinary 2D video into stereoscopic 3D on the fly — so even your regular movies come to life in the glasses, with no internet upload and no pre-processing.

  • Your PC, in the glasses (PC Link) — Run the free companion app on your computer and your whole desktop appears in the glasses over your own Wi‑Fi. Games, films, work, anything on screen. The phone becomes the remote; the computer does the heavy lifting.

  • Real 3D from a 2D computer — With the glasses in 3D mode, the depth is computed on the PC and sent to you already as a stereo pair. That is the part that matters: your phone never has to think about it, so there is no cost to your battery and no limit on what you can convert. Any game, in stereo. Any video, any window, any app — if your computer can show it, you can watch it in 3D. Depth strength, convergence and the model itself are tuned on the PC, where there is room to do it properly.

  • Play From Anywhere — Local files, network streams, or internet links — it all works. Stream from your NAS, play downloaded movies, or paste a URL.

  • Share & Play — Found a video on VK, OK, or any other app? Just tap "Share" and select XPlayer2. No need to copy links manually.

  • Battery Friendly — Optimized playback that won't kill your phone's battery. Watch movies for hours, not minutes.

  • Resume Where You Left Off — The app remembers your position in every video. Come back anytime and continue watching.

  • Wide Format Support — Plays virtually any video format thanks to built-in codec support. If it's a video file, chances are XPlayer2 can play it.

PC Link — get the desktop app

Free, and required only if you want your computer in the glasses. The phone app alone does everything else.

Windows 11 XPlayer2-PC-Link_x64-setup.exe
macOS (Apple Silicon) XPlayer2-PC-Link_apple-silicon.dmg

Install it, plug the glasses into your phone, and pair the two by comparing a six-digit code shown on both screens — the same check your headphones use, so nobody on your network can connect to your computer by accident. Everything stays on your own network; nothing goes through us.

How to Use

  1. Local files — Open the app and browse your device for video files
  2. Network streams — Paste any video URL directly into the app
  3. Share from other apps — In VK, OK, YouTube, or any browser, tap Share → XPlayer2
