Exporting data from the Plot Window

You can export the data currently displayed in the plot window by clicking on the Export button in the lower right corner of the window. To export the plot window data for only a certain subset of frames, use Ctrl + Click to select a region before hitting export:

The first column of the CSV will be frame number, and the remaining columns will be specific to the plot window from which you saved the data.
