Batch same-shape owned dedicated params and run one NS per shape via nsk_pkg (TileLang batched SYRK + CUTLASS fused-epilogue GEMM); large matrices keep per-matrix self._ns.local. Gated by DMUON_NSK env (default off, original path preserved). Momentum + apply identical to the per-param path; verified on 8-GPU libero training: loss trajectory matches baseline (0.29->0.17 over 23 iters).
