How I work

Not a developer. An architect who ships.

Fourteen years of running operations across fourteen industries taught me the systems I now build in code. A year ago I'd never written a line; now I ship production tools that other developers use. The method is simple: I see the system in my head, I translate through Claude, I test against real work until it survives.

That's the whole thing. Long way to say: built by doing.
