- console/pyproject.toml: wire README as long_description; add license, authors, keywords, classifiers, project URLs — the live 0.2.0 console page on PyPI is blank (no description, no sidebar metadata); lands with the next version cut. - pyproject.toml: add Documentation/Changelog/Issues project URLs. - README.md + console/README.md: absolutize the two relative links that 404 on PyPI (PyPI does not rewrite relative URLs). - .claude-plugin/marketplace.json: add the discovery metadata the community marketplace and directories rank on (category, keywords, homepage, repository, license, $schema); claude plugin validate passes. Bump all seven version sites (core+console pyproject, both __init__, server.json x2, plugin.json, manifest test) to 0.2.1 — a metadata-only release so the console PyPI page and link fixes go live; CHANGELOG entry added. README status note updated to launch state. docs/launch/ launch-checklist.md: channel-by-channel runbook with the acceptance walkthrough record (4/4 published install snippets end in working memory_add/memory_search) and the copy decisions applied on this branch.
