grow: true on TextInput triggers resize handles in Firefox #3958

🐛 Bug Report

When grow is set to true on TextInput, we're seeing resize handles showing in Firefox. This is because we set resize: vertical when grow is true in our stencil inTextInput that's extended in TextArea.

Under the hood, text inputs are handled differently in Firefox vs Chrome and the other browsers, and the resize handles will show when resize: vertical is set. The other browsers ignore this setting for text inputs.

To Reproduce

Set grow to true on a TextInput -- either standalone or within a FormField, and view it in Firefox

Expected Behavior

We'd expect no resize handles on text inputs.

Actual Results

We see resize handles in Firefox.

Browser (if applicable)

Firefox only

    @minwookshin

    Opened #4191 to remove the resize declaration while preserving full-width inputs and TextArea resizing. Added regression coverage and checked Chromium, Firefox and WebKit; the original grip did not reproduce in current Firefox.
