WinXP655/README.md

Hello!

I'm WinXP655, a developer who builds things from scratch.

I prefer pure C and WinAPI. Sometimes I experiment with weird ideas (and sometimes they work).

Projects

  • QuickChat LAN Messenger
    LAN Messenger written using pure C with WinAPI.
    Custom protocol and simple obfuscation. Host and client in one binary.

  • MicroChat Framework
    Framework based on QuickChat engine.
    Simple TCP pipe with basic GUI. Host and client included.

  • Micro Utilities
    Random tools I find useful or funny.
    Fish, File Reader, Colorizer, and other experiments.

  • Win BatchBox
    Command prompt shell written in Batch.
    Was an experiment. Batch is too limited, so this is archive-like project.

Facts about me

  • I document everything - even private projects have a changelog.
  • I don't play games. I build things.
  • I write code for Windows 2000 through Windows 11.
