Introduce the GeoGuess game mode for creating and playing location-guessing challenges.
This PR implements the initial proof-of-concept for the GeoGuess feature, allowing users to build custom challenges by placing flags in the 3D world and then play these challenges by guessing locations on a 2D map. This new mode aims to significantly increase user engagement and replayability through user-generated content.
