Adds the original two-episode Federal Trace FBI procedural fixture with a parseable answer key covering planted continuity errors, Reader's Report coverage items, and decoys. Adds corpus provenance notes for the purchased FBI script and a CLAUDE.md repo-map line for corpus/. Verified with canon ingest dry-run, answer-key parsing, synthetic eval smoke, rights guard, ASCII check, and git diff --check.
