Adds a standalone extract/ package for Phase 0 R2/R3 JSON scene extraction, Anthropic structured-output request assembly, prompt templates, quote/predicate gates, entity resolution, confidence gating, and human confirm/merge CLIs. Includes Greyharbor scene/alias examples and a Marcus alias fixture demonstrating MARCUS/Marcus Hale/her husband resolution. Validated with python -m pytest -q (111 passed).
