Plant
Plants are plants-like blocks that can be placed in the world. They can be placed onto slabs.
However, in the official Content-Packs we're no longer using theses blocks, preferring to override vanilla plants models and textures instead.

modelParent :
String— Defines the parent JSON model of the block. -
damages :
Float— The amount of damage dealt by the block when used as a weapon. -
slowerWhenWalkThrough : If
true, players and entities will move slower when passing through the block (Like cobweb but not that slower). -
isDoublePlant : If
true, the block will be treated as a double plant (like tall grass). -
isAquaPlant : If
true, the block will be treated as an aquatic plant (like kelp) and will be placeable underwater. -
sourceType : Defines how the block affects nearby players. Can be:
-
NEUTRAL— No effect. -

With basic blocks you can define different textures for each face of the block.
