Scope\n\n- 发布 Shadow Mate v1.3.10，包含每日写作积分 workbook 选择修复和家庭档案切换并发安全修复。\n- 绑定 Shadow Portal 控制面迁移 20260819120000_growth_loop_legacy_points_import.sql；生产迁移必须先于前端部署完成。\n- 同步 package/package-lock、README、CHANGELOG 和 RELEASE_NOTES。\n\n## Verification\n\n- npm run verify：22 个测试文件、185/185 单测、构建、公开仓库检查、安全检查通过。\n- 云端 E2E：48/48；定向 sign-out 回归通过。\n- npm run release:check：通过。\n- 生产迁移、生产部署、响应头和真实账号验收：由正式发布流程继续完成，当前未宣称已上线。\n\n## Merge policy\n\n本仓库采用已确认的 solo PR-only merge/admin bypass 治理：PR 保留完整审计记录，正式合并由仓库管理员按规则完成。
