Connecting web infrastructure, marketing systems, and revenue data at TCP Software
I sit at the intersection of web engineering, marketing operations, and revenue systems. My job is to make sure a click on a webpage becomes trustworthy data in a CRM — and that every system in between works cleanly.
At TCP Software (B2B SaaS workforce management), I own the technical layer across:
- Web Engineering — WordPress architecture, custom plugin/block development, performance, SEO
- Marketing Operations — Marketo Engage programs, email templates, lifecycle automation, Marketo Measure attribution
- Analytics & Tracking — GA4, GTM (client-side + server-side via Stape), BigQuery, Looker Studio
- Revenue Systems — Salesforce sync health, LeanData routing, Bizible attribution, Clay intent data
- AI Tooling — Custom MCP servers, Claude Cowork agents, AI-readiness infrastructure
