Installation

Step 1

Clone Repository to local device. git clone https://github.com/itskegnh/CellVid

Step 2

Navigate to the directory cd CellVid/

Step 3

Install requirements pip install -r requirements.txt

Step 4

Run python file. (set <video> to the file path of your input.) python3 main.py <video>
