Summary
Google Contacts sync in contacts.ts now merges emails instead of replacing them. It looks up the stored contact by email first and then by provider id. Google addresses come first in the list. Stored addresses that Google does not have are kept after them. New contacts still get only the Google addresses.
This touches the same lookup as #85. A small merge may be needed if both land.
