stageOverlap compared expanded stage terms by substring. The seed aliases include "pre-series a" and "seed to series a", so every seed investor scored 100 on stage fit for a Series A startup. Compare normalized whole terms instead. Fixes #60

Summary
Stage fit now compares normalized whole stage terms. A seed investor no longer gets 100 for a Series A startup. Seed and pre seed still match through the alias list. An exact stage like Series A still matches.
