docs: the custom domain is live; drop the "no domain" claims - #18

KNOWLEDGE-BASE and TODO still said there is no domain (and that Stripe's webhook and Google sign-in stay off), while the site has been at https://eventide.creasy.club since 2026-10-25. Rewritten from the unmerged docs/aws-diagram-with-domain branch, updated for the ALB and for `make deploy`, which now re-points the Cloudflare delegation after a lab reset. That branch's diagram files are not taken: the new as-built diagram on main supersedes them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
