feat: add a {{helpDir}} variable to the LLM prompt library (3.11.13) - #1113

Prompt files under Help/markdown/vscode/prompts get machine-specific paths
substituted into {{...}} placeholders, but there was no placeholder for the
help markdown itself -- so a prompt could not tell an LLM where the
per-function reference pages live.
Adds helpDir to promptVariables(), resolving to <VisualText dir>/Help/markdown.
That covers both the function/variable/construct pages directly under markdown/
and the vscode/ guides, including home.md.
The Prime Claude for NLP++ prompt in visualtext-files uses it.
