• PRE.md: new "Attribute Tests" section under Conditions on the Element Itself:
  • attr="value" is vareq=("attr" "value");
  • digit values compare as numbers, including the vareq/vargt/... value on an element (before 4.2.29, element vargt/varlt never matched);
  • the "Did you mean" typo warning.
• Phrase_element_modifiers.md: a row for "any other name".

Merge with or after the engine PR.
