What

Follow-up to #178. Substantially expands the two build prompts so they reach a working analyzer without extra back-and-forth.

Both prompts now include:

  • Guidance to use the Knowledge Base template as intended (keep KBFuncs.nlp / kbinit.nlp / output.nlp; accumulate into a KB; serialize with SaveKB + JsonKB) instead of hand-rolling JSON.
  • Concrete engine facts: dicttok tokenization behavior (mixed-case stays one token), kb/user auto-loaded .dict files, and the -WORK must point at the engine dir (not the analyzer) gotcha.

01-chemical-formulas.md adds the full ChemFormulas task spec: Wikipedia input corpus with SOURCES.md and near-miss distractors, the element.dict two-word (symbol + name) approach, the character-by-character parsing rules, the exact KB/output concept shape, the expected formulas.json, and precision filters for rejecting near-misses.

Scope

Only 01-chemical-formulas.md and 02-build-analyzer.md change (+79 / -7). Titles, tooltips desc: markers, and the other two prompts from #178 are unchanged.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Expand the two build prompts with the guidance needed to reach a working
analyzer without back-and-forth:

- Use the Knowledge Base template as intended (KBFuncs/kbinit/output), build
results into a KB, and emit JSON via JsonKB — no hand-rolled JSON.
- Engine facts: dicttok tokenization behavior, kb/user auto-loaded .dict,
and -WORK must point at the engine dir (not the analyzer).
- 01 adds the full ChemFormulas task: input corpus, element.dict approach,
parsing rules, KB/output shape, and precision filters.
