Why

Engine fixes don't reach PyPI automatically — the nlp-engine submodule had to be bumped by hand. release.yml/update-analyzers.yml only refresh the analyzers submodule.

Change

Adds update-nlp-engine.yml, a listener for the nlp-engine-release repository_dispatch (fired by VisualText/nlp-engine move-assets.yml on a v* tag — see companion PR VisualText/nlp-engine#660). On ping it:

  1. git submodule update --remote --recursive nlp-engine
  2. commits the bump, computes the next v* tag, pushes it (with CLASSIC_PAT)
  3. → publish.yml builds wheels from source and publishes to PyPI

Also runnable manually (workflow_dispatch). No-ops cleanly if the submodule is already current. Mirrors the existing update-analyzers.yml pattern.

After this + the engine PR merge: tagging the engine v* auto-publishes PyPI.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Add update-nlp-engine.yml: a listener for the `nlp-engine-release`
repository_dispatch (fired by VisualText/nlp-engine move-assets.yml on a
v* tag). It bumps the `nlp-engine` submodule to the engine's latest master,
commits, and pushes the next v* tag — which fires publish.yml to build the
wheels from source and publish to PyPI. Mirrors update-analyzers.yml.

Closes the gap where an engine fix required a manual submodule bump here.
