Thread an `analyzer_only` flag through Engine.compile / cloud_compile and the module-level compile()/cloud_compile(), mapping to the engine's new -COMPILEANA mode via the nanobind wrap_compile (init(..., compileAna=True)). cloud.py stages only run/ and the run.<ext>/runu.<ext> artifacts for analyzer-only builds, and adds analyzerOnly to the dispatcher manifest. kb_only and analyzer_only are mutually exclusive. Bumps the nlp-engine submodule to v3.6.0 (which adds the compileAna init parameter the binding now passes). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
