The analyzers bump PR (#809 and earlier) was opened with GITHUB_TOKEN. PRs opened that way never start other workflows, so the required builds never ran and every bump sat blocked until merged by hand with the admin override.

  • Open the bump PR with the existing CLASSIC_PAT secret, so the builds run on it.
  • Turn on auto-merge for it, so it merges itself once the required builds pass.
  • A bump that changes parse-en-us output fails the final.tree/out.xml baseline check and stays open; update the baseline on the PR branch and it merges.

The repo setting "Allow auto-merge" is now on (it was off). Merging a bump still does not cut an engine release.

After this merges: close #809 and run the workflow (Actions → Update analyzers submodule → Run workflow) to reopen it the new way.

The bump PR was opened with GITHUB_TOKEN, which never starts other
workflows, so the required builds never ran and every bump had to be
merged by hand with the admin override. Open it with CLASSIC_PAT and
turn on auto-merge. A bump that changes the parse-en-us baselines stays
open with a red check.

--recursive moved analyzers' own submodules (nlp-tutorials,
nlpfix-analyzers) to their latest commits, so analyzers looked modified
even when its pointer hadn't moved, and the commit step failed.
