Add fire highlight to tree for dictionary lookups #475
Engine side is in 4.2.33 (#789): run with -DICTSOURCE and every node built from a .dict entry gets dictfile and dictline attributes in final.tree. That includes tokens made by join=/split=. The remaining work is in the VSCode extension: pass -DICTSOURCE on debug runs, then highlight and jump to dictfile:dictline from the tree view.
Done: engine 4.2.33 (-DICTSOURCE, #789) plus vscode-nlp 4.3.14 (VisualText/vscode-nlp#1239). On DEV runs with engine 4.2.33 or later, Rule Fired on a node built from a .dict entry opens that file at the entry's line. The analyzer.dictSource setting turns it off.
