A code region lets you selectively run or ignore passes with exitpass().
Effectively lets you run multiple analyzers within one analyzer.
A code region lets you set up global information for a pass before executing rules. @ddehilster
Implemented as an opt-in setting in the VS Code extension: VisualText/vscode-nlp#1237. Turn on nlp.newPass.codeRegion, and every new rules pass starts with a @CODE region, ready for setup code or exitpass(). It's off by default, so nothing changes for anyone who doesn't turn it on. I'll close this once that PR ships.
Done in the VS Code extension (VisualText/vscode-nlp#1237, merged). Turn on the setting nlp.newPass.codeRegion, and every new rules pass starts with a @CODE region, for setup code or exitpass(). It's off by default. It ships with the next vscode-nlp release.
