- Angular v8 → v22 in production. Led the upgrade of 3 live Angular products, migrating a full NgModule architecture to standalone components with zero functional regressions — unlocking Signals and modern control flow for a team of 8+ engineers.
- Dashboards clinicians rely on. Rebuilt the AIRAQc digital-pathology QC dashboard used at UCSF and Memorial Sloan Kettering: replaced Chart.js with ngx-echarts and rebuilt the KPI cards, drill-down charts and semicircle gauges — 30% rendering performance gain.
- Code coverage 58% → 90%. Established an AI-assisted code-quality pipeline (Claude Code + SonarQube MCP) that resolved 30+ critical/blocker issues and automated test generation.
- 40% less manual regression time. Playwright + Cucumber BDD automation suites across 3 modules, enabling reliable 2-week CI/CD cycles.
- 30% better data-collection efficiency. Configurable multi-step intake forms with conditional logic, plus drag-and-drop dynamic field grouping that cut form-builder setup time by 35%.
