This repo collects and promotes FOSS projects started by and contributed to by Vietnamese to raise awareness and celebrate spirit of freedom of expression via free open source software.

There are 3 categories of data we need to collect:

FOSS Communities

• UG - User Groups (Linux, Python, PHP, ...)
• FOSS Conferences/events
• Promote FOSS and software engineering

Open Source Software

• Written in any programming language
• In public domain or have an open source license
• Publicly accessible (GitHub, Bitbucket, Bazaar, your own company repo, ...)

Open Documentation

• Tutorials/slides with source (md, js/html, doc, ppt, open document formats, ...)
• Wikis
• Videos
