Make the CLI-agent picker discoverable from Workflow, not just Agents - #41

Found in review: the "Agents" section already explained the mechanism conceptually, but the step-by-step "Workflow" section -- the first thing a new user reads -- only ever mentioned "Implement with VS Code Agent", with no pointer to the independent agent-picker path. Someone who specifically wants a particular CLI agent (e.g. the real Anthropic Claude Code CLI, not Claude via Copilot) had no way to discover it without already knowing to scroll past Chat to Agents. Added an explicit pointer at the Workflow step where the choice actually matters, and rewrote the Agents section to lead with concrete numbered steps (open the Process Dashboard, pick a command, pick an agent, run) instead of only explaining the mechanism after the fact.
