2. DemoApp: Update project to run on Xcode 26. 3. DemoApp: Add guides for precise corner adjustment. 4. AppleWatchScreenSize: make `cornerSize` to be CGFloat? instead of Int?, which aligns with the intendet usage in SwiftUI. 5. AppleWatchScreenSize: adjust sizes for Ultra 1 & 2 - 49mm, Series 10, 11 - 46mm. 6. AppleWatchScreenSize: add comments to the dictionary indicating the models that have this screen size.
