Notifications are still sent out, but the SgListFragment is using a Room query and it's change listener mechanism already.
So the strings match the actual implementation
Also change default IDs to null as expected by Room when using a nullable type for the primary key.
On large enough screens this saves one tap to open the menu. Also it's easier to discover.
If the API returns rating of 0 instead of throwing an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException a null rating is returned, which then can be ignored by TraktRatingsSync instead of aborting.
