…caff doctor When applying branch protection, compute required contexts from the workflow files ghscaff writes (the calling job name joined to each job name the reusable workflow exposes) instead of hardcoding them. A renamed job can no longer leave a required check pointing at a name nothing will ever report. Add 'ghscaff doctor' which reads a repo's live branch protection and the check rollup on its most recent pull request, names every required context that nothing satisfies, and exits non-zero with a plain-language statement that such a pull request can never merge without an admin bypass.
