docs: corrige la description du flux Bot_Planning/Bot_Presentation#92

La section décrivait un flux uniforme et obsolète pour les deux bots (CGI/bot postant directement sur Discord). Depuis le passage à planning-api, Bot_Planning ne poste plus directement — l'API s'en charge. Différencie maintenant les deux flux, et corrige $cal en $jdr à l'étape 1 (erreur de commande, pas juste de la staleness). Closes #91
