It's absolutely fantastic that github doesn't let you force a CI run if I missed the original one-week window. But I also see nothing strange in this. See my more extended incoming comment on 1296. |

This PR updates ProjectM to 4.1.6-4d28493 to support UltraStar-Deluxe/USDX#1296.
The ProjectM CWrapper library was deleted. It's no longer required because ProjectM now provides its own C API.
The primary reason to build a Git version is to incorporate projectM-visualizer/projectm#942. The ProjectM library used GLEW to load OpenGL functions until recently. This allows us to not have to include GLEW as a dependency. I've tested this Git version thorough and it is very stable for our use.
