A single-file, static web app with two modes:
- Content Cards — five ready-to-post "Do / Don't" diagram cards (front setback, side setback, plot coverage, wall height, parking), each with a "Download PNG" button sized for Instagram/LinkedIn posting.
- Compliance Checker — enter your own plot dimensions and proposed design figures; every diagram updates live against a rule-band engine.
Each category in the checker carries a verified flag (default false)
and a source field (default null). Until a category is verified:
- Its diagram still renders live from your inputs, for preview.
- No COMPLIANT / VIOLATION verdict is shown — instead it's marked PENDING in amber, both on the stamp and in the sidebar.
- It's excluded from the "X/Y verified checks passed" summary count.
To unlock a category, open index.html, find that category's entry in
the CATS array, and set:
verified: true,
source: 'Dubai Building Code 2021 Edition, Part K, Table K.3 (confirm article/table no.)',only once you've confirmed the figures in getRequirements() against the
current Dubai Building Code and the relevant authority (Dubai Municipality,
DDA, or Trakhees) for that rule.
The Content Cards tab is separate from this gate — it's illustrative content for posting, clearly labeled "ILLUSTRATIVE — VERIFY BEFORE USE" on every card, regardless of the checker's verification state.
No build step — it's a single HTML file.
