histogram part working. The result image is not desirable and the program is very slow. Need help in optimization.

Histogram codes modified. Codes moved into a subclass of filter. Removed preprocessing part, now the code calculates avg histogram every time a new Mat is taken.

modified the algorithm. program is now working perfectly with some pictures, while eliminating target or failing to reduce background with others. help wanted.
