Adds three parliament visit photos (volunteers, Jeremy Corbyn, group landscape) converted from HEIC and optimised for web (1920px, q85). Converts all gallery <img> tags to Next.js <Image> for automatic optimisation, and replaces internal <a href="/#join"> with <Link>.
