Replaces the placeholder base_url with the deployed Cloudflare Worker URL so GitHub login works at https://blog.ubik.hr/admin/. This commit existed on the original add-decap-cms branch but landed after PR UBIKhr#161 had already been merged, so it never reached upstream. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
The `base_url` in `site/static/admin/config.yml` is still the placeholder `https://REPLACE_WITH_OAUTH_PROXY_URL`, which is why `/admin/` shows `ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED` when trying to log in.
This sets it to the actual deployed Cloudflare Worker URL.
