Summary

  • Reorganize README into three sequential parts, each with: explanatory diagram -> experiment setup -> results
    • Part 1: FGD algorithm diagram + standalone replication
    • Part 2: Gavel policy diagram + Philly replication (Figs 9/10/11)
    • Part 3: Integration architecture + topology comparison + Cluster H results
  • Add two new publication-quality diagrams: fgd_algorithm.png, gavel_policy.png

Test plan

  • Pre-commit hooks pass (15 unit + integration, JCT = 57171.41s)
  • Verify diagrams render on GitHub
