A build playbook for shipping real websites with coding agents.
Foreman turns whatever agent you already talk to into the foreman of a website build. It interviews you, forces the decisions you would otherwise delegate, locks a visual system before any code exists, writes one high quality build brief, hands that brief to a coding agent, then stays in the loop until the site is live and indexed.
You do not read Foreman. Your agent does. These pages are for when you want to know what it is doing and why.
The agent's ceiling is your brief. Model choice is a rounding error next to the quality of the specification. A better model given a vague brief produces a more polished version of the wrong site.
Non-goals are the highest leverage lines you will write. Coding agents over build by default. One line saying "no carousel, no analytics, no blog in v1" prevents more waste than any amount of correction afterwards.
Decisions are yours, typing is theirs. Delegating implementation is the point. Delegating judgment is what produces the site that looks like every other generated site.
