Severity: CRITICAL
Vulnerability: Open Redirect bypass in `get_safe_redirect_url` using malformed URLs (e.g., `http:evil.com`).
Impact: Attackers can craft malicious links that bypass domain checks, leading users to phishing or malware sites.
Fix: Added validation to explicitly reject URLs with a scheme but no `netloc`.
Verification: `get_safe_redirect_url("http:evil.com", "localhost")` now returns `/` instead of the malicious URL.
