Summary
PrepBench now opens like a public benchmark instead of a plain tool README. The landing page leads with the benchmark identity, verified paper/CI/license links, release stats, a leaderboard placeholder, and the three public tracks before moving into setup and evaluation details.
Paper figures are collected in a separate results page so the README stays focused on how to use the benchmark. The docs also keep public promises aligned with the current release: table-output evaluation and disambiguation metrics are described as public, while workflow-translation figures are framed as paper analysis.
