Description of changes
Add windows option on the Help Page for Issue Application Certificates using EST with username and password
Also fixed the Port infomation on this help page. Instead of using self.request.META.get("SERVER_PORT", "443") wich returns the Django server Port (8000), using ADVERTISED_PORT.
