Summary

Build 026 is the technical completion audit for the current TRIA v0.1 Python alpha. It does not add new Core semantics.

Repository surface reconciliation

  • updates README to reflect the actual merged Core/Runtime surface through Build 025
  • documents purpose/time/condition authorization, lifecycle authority, pure governance evaluation, deep immutability, governed replay export, and the current compatibility envelope
  • reconciles the 0.1.0a3 changelog with the hardening builds that landed after its earlier draft

Canonical completion boundary

  • adds docs/TRIA_V0.1_COMPLETION_AUDIT.md
  • defines what counts as technical completion for the current alpha
  • explicitly marks federation, dual ledgers, attestation infrastructure, cross-language hash standardization, orchestration, RAG, and similar adjacent work as post-v0.1 scope rather than hidden blockers
  • preserves licensing as the principal pre-release decision and does not change the current AGPL declaration

Examples and release assertions

  • adds a canonical governed replay-export example using explicit aggregate DISCLOSE
  • expands release-readiness tests so package version, README, changelog, compatibility constants, schemas, conformance fixtures, completion audit, and current examples cannot silently drift apart

Architectural intent

Completion needs a stopping rule. This PR makes the repository describe and test the system that now exists, without turning adjacent future possibilities into reasons the v0.1 kernel can never be considered complete.

No event schema, projection, bundle format, hashing semantics, governance behavior, or provider boundary changes are introduced here. No tag or release is created.
