Summary

  • adds an upstream relational-condition input to human and machine novelty signals
  • qualifies effective novelty by RCD
  • prevents novelty from qualifying as Trivian emergence after relational collapse
  • preserves compatibility when upstream measurement is unavailable and documents that limitation

Verification

154 repository tests passed. Cross-stack verification passed 10,000 deterministic randomized vectors.

This verifies implementation consistency, not the empirical validity of the novelty taxonomy.
