mudus v.1.0.0

The command line (and TUI) scanner now works as expected and the terminal (Textual) user interface to view the resulting database also works well enough for an 1.0 release.

The mudus code is also on PyPI and pip install mudus, pix run mudus, or uv tool run mudus all work.
