yet another vim fork hehe

Vim is a fast and powerful text editor based on Vi. It is made for keyboard use,
plain text editing, and code.

This is my personal fork of Vim, kept simple and easy to read.

COMPILING

If you want to build Vim from source, go to the src directory.

Basic build on Unix or Linux:

    cd src
    make

To run the tests:

    make test

See src/INSTALL for more build details.

SOME THINGS I FIND INTERESTING

- Vim has been around for a very long time and still feels fast.
- It works on many systems.
- The help system is one of the best parts of Vim.
- Vim9 script is interesting because it tries to make scripting cleaner and faster.
- The codebase is old, large, and full of useful ideas.
- Vim can be used in a very minimal mode or with many extra features.
