support adding friend without request

What it does

adds new button that allow to add friend without request. this just calls API to do it, no magic.
also if you add some friend without request that already has pending friend request, this will be canceled in the UI cleanly.

Use-Case and/or Reason behind it

• when you want to add someone and you do not want to disclose your full Tox ID, then when both of you add each other without request, than you can establish friendship in this way.
• qTox can be the 1st Tox client that supports this feature, that was always there (in the c-toxcore API) but no-one make it available to users

Planed updates

• adding a bulk add via importing public keys from file
• allow sending additional request once you just add friend without one
