[codex] Add manufacturing tests and self-healing chat controls

• Adds the TinmanX1 Polymaker/Fiberon workflow scenario guardrail.
• Adds Edit question and Steer chat controls.
• Connects Fix this feedback to the self-healing repair queue.
• Builds a sanitized one-file public bundle at release/Codex_CLI_UI_Mac_Public_Bundle_2026-07-03.zip.

Validation
