Swift Package Index does not yet recognize the package's existing documentation site. Declare the public GitHub Pages DocC URL with SPI's supported
external_links.documentationmetadata, and include.spi.ymlin reproducible source archives.Validation: public distribution/privacy checks pass; the successor source archive includes the configuration and rebuilds byte-for-byte (738 payload files). Documentation validation and the required native, safety and documentation CI lanes run before merging. The published 1.0.0 tag and assets remain intact.
